Mom's Best Cheese Cake

1.5 Lb.

Cream Cheese (light is OK)

Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar until soft peaks are formed.
Mix all other ingredients in another bowl.  
Fold into egg whites.  
Pour into a 10" round pan.
Heat oven to 350, place a pan with boiling water on lower rack and the cake
pan on the center rack.

Bake for 50 min.  
Leave in the oven for 24 hours. NO PEEKING. This will assure that the cake will not 'fall'.

3 Tbl. Potato flour (or self rising flour)
1.5 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Sour cream
    Vanilla extract
   

Lemon juice
