Eggs

Whip
egg whites, when almost stiff add 8 tbl sugar. Add yolks
and rest of the ing.
Bake in 350 degree fro about 45 minutes.
You may decorate with chocolate glaze:
Cook until melt 50 gram chocolate, 1 Tbl cocoa, 2 Tbl. sugar
3 Tbl water.
Remove from heat and add 50 gram butter or margarine, mix
so it melts and pour immediately on cake. |
