Dates and Walnuts cake

Eggs,
separated |
Mix
egg yolks with sugar. Add juices and peels.
Add all other ing.
In a separate bowl,
whip egg whites until stiff.
Slow fold into the yolk mixture.
Spray with oil a 9x13 pan. Line with wax paper and spray
again.
Pour cake mixture.
Bake
in 350 degree for about 1 hour |
