Poppy Seed Cake Hava's Hungarian

Ingredients:
Dough:				Filling:
	3	Stick	Margarine		1	Cup	Sugar	Boil sugar with milk, pour over poppy seed mix with margarine and blend in raisins. Divide dough into four. Roll to a rectangle, spread filling and roll to a jelly roll shape. Place all four on one cookie sheet. Bake in 350 oven, until golden brown.
	1	Lb	Flour		1/4	Cup	Milk
	1		Egg		200	Gram	Poppy Seeds
	1		Yolk		1	Stick	Margarine
	2	Tbl.	Sugar				Raisins
	1	Shot	Cognac
	1/4	Cup	Seltzer
	2.5	Teas.	Dry Yeast
