Ingredients (Cake):

How To:
1.1 lb (500g)

Flour

Dough:
Mix all ingredient to a well kneaded dough.
Divide to 5 section, shape each section to a ball. Divide each ball to 10 small balls, cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
Flatten each small ball, fill with filling and shape to half moons.
Brush with an egg (mix the egg in a small bowl so white and yolk are mixed). Let rest for another 15 minutes and brush with the egg again.

Filling:
Mix walnuts and raisins.
Bring to boil sugar and water and pour over walnut/raisin mixture.

Bake in 350F degrees. Yield about 48-50 pieces.

2 oz. (50g) Sugar
3   Eggs
1 tbls.   Dry Yeast
1 teas.   Salt
1/3 cup   milk

1 cup   Sugar
½ cup   Water
12 oz (350g) Ground Walnuts
4 oz (100g) Raisins
