Mom's Yeast Dough
2002 Version

Ingredients:

2 Lb.

Flour

2 Tbl.

Dry Yeast

3 Eggs
6 Tbl. Sugar
6 Tbl. Oil
2.25 Cups Milk
1 Teas.

Salt

400 Gram Margarine
How To:

Mix all ing.
Cut into  8 pieces. Roll out each piece separately.
Spread 50 Gram Margarine on each and fold envelope style. 
Let rise about 20 minutes.

These pieces can now be used for various yeast coffee cakes, like traditional kugloff etc.
