Peach Cobbler

For peach filling In a bowl, combine peach filling ingredients. Pour to a baking pan.

In a food processor, stir together topping ingredients to a coarse dough. Drop spoonfuls of toppings dough over peach filling (6-8 spots, not touching). Dough will spread between peaches during baking).

Bake in a 350 degree (180C) oven for about 25 minutes, (until dough is browning and most juices have evaporated). 

Topping hot cobbler with best quality vanilla ice cream is optional but recommended.

Note that in the picture the dough is in a lattice form but in the recipe it should be just spooned over the peaches.

6 medium peaches, pitted and cut into wedges (or 2-3 cans of peaches, without the juice)
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbls. lemon juice
1 teas. cornstarch
1 tbl. cinnamon
For topping:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 teas. baking powder
1/2 teas. salt
3/4 stick margarine (100g)
