Sweet and Sour Salmon

Ingredients:

  2 cups
Tomato Juice
Bring to boil the first four ing.
Add the next four ing. and bring to boil again.
Cook the salmon in this brine for about 10 minutes.

Red wine
1/4 cup
Lemon Juice

Sugar
1 Tbl
Pickling Spice (clover, bay leaves, peppercorn)
