Broiled Tilapia    
 

Ingredients:

2 Lb.
Tilapia fillets
Spray grill rack with non-stick coating.
Rinse tilapia with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
Combine spices and sprinkle on both sides of fillets.
Place on heated grill 4 to 5 inches from hot fire. (Can also broil in oven ). Cook 4-5 minutes per 1/2 inch measured at thickest point.
Turn once halfway through cooking time.
1 tsp. 
Garlic powder
1 tsp. 
Onion powder
1 tsp. 
Cumin
2 Tbl.
Chili powder
