Meatballs

1 cup fine fresh bread crumbs Form meatballs (small or large). Place on a slightly oiled cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degrees 20 minutes or longer depends on the meatball size.
2.5 lb. ground beef
1   egg
2.5 teas. salt
3/4 teas. black pepper
1/4 cup parsley leaves, minced fresh flat-leafed
1/2 cup water
