Meatballs

1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
Meatball
1/2 lb. ground beef Form meatballs (small or large). Place on a slightly oiled cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degrees 20 minutes or longer depends on the meatball size.
1   egg
2.5 teas. salt
3/4 teas. black pepper
1/4 cup parsley leaves, minced fresh flat-leafed
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
Sauce
1 cup boiling water Combine and simmer a few minutes, add meatballs and continue to simmer 10 more minutes
1/2 teas. salt
1/8 teas. pepper
1 can tomatoes
1   onion, grated
1   green pepper, chopped
1 teas. salt
