Sauté onions and garlic in oil
until translucent.
Mix in Paprika and add chicken. Turn pieces to cover with the oil,
onion and paprika mixture.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook for about 25-30 minutes. Add small amounts of water if
needed.
When it is done, only a little sauce should be left ion the pan.
Apply the #1 Hungarian cooking
rule: cook, covered, in small amount of liquid at all times.
