Savory Sage Chicken

Ingredients:

2 Tbl.

Flour

3 Teas. Ground Sage
Salt, pepper
2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken breast
1 Teas. Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Dry Vermouth of White Wine
1/4 Cup Water
How To:

Stir together flour, sage, salt and pepper.
Roll chicken in the flour mixture, pressing on all sides.
Heat oil, add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side. Place on a plate when done.
Add vermouth and water to skillet and cook until sauce is reduce, about 2-3 minutes
Pour over chicken.

Serves 2.
